Petaluma BSA Troop 9 is going to be hosting their 13th Annual Emergency Preparedness Fair on September 28th from 11:00-3:00pm at Walnut Park. This is a Community Service event where we invite various emergency agencies from the county to one place in hopes to help educate and prepare our community for various emergency situations. We are writing to extend you an invitation to the event as an opportunity to reach members of our community and let them know about all the wonderful ways the American Legion serves Petaluma, especially in emergency situations.
If you are interested in hosting a booth, we would appreciate an RSVP, as well as what your booth will be offering the fair attendees (demonstrations, information, printed materials, item give-aways).
We are enclosing a flyer for sponsor requests in case you are aware of any persons or companies that may be interested in further supporting our Troop in their endeavors.
