My name is Nate Chase and I’m the Community Connections Liaison at Open Doors to Future Possibilities. We’re excited to hold our Second Annual Salute to Wellness Veteran Resource Fair in 2 weeks on Oct. 16th!
This event brings together a wide network of providers to connect Veterans to critical health, housing, legal, employment resources, and more. All to be a one stop shop for Veterans to receive services on site, where Veterans can get medical screenings, eye exams, haircuts, professional headshots, and other essential services.
- Date: Friday, October 16th, 2026
- Location: War Memorial Veterans Building, 401 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102
- Event Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Additionally, we’d be honored to have your American Legion Post represented. If you, or any members of your post are available to table, please fill out our Booth Request Form to confirm your attendance and reserve your space. We will be able to provide one table and two chairs for your booth.
See flyer below. Please help spread the word and share the details with Veterans you interact with.
Thank you for your continued service to our Veteran community!
Best regards,
Nate Chase
